Update: When I pulled apart my Hayward screen filter it was…read moreso plugged that cleaning was impossible so I needed to replace the screens. Another $180.00 thank you to Tropical Paver sealing. NOT. THEN 1 day later my pump stopped pumping. Tearing into it I find the excessive sand and grit had destroyed the pump seal. Having to replace that. After all this damage I researched the PROPER way these people should seal pavers around a pool. 1) When you clean you clean away from the pool not into it. 2) When applying the sealer you ROLL the sealer around the coping, never spray tot he pool edge because YOU WILL GET SEALER IN THE POOL. 3) Turn the pool OFF while the work is being done. You then can manually scoop out the mold and sand that gets in the pool WITHOUT the pool sucking it all up. A BIG learning curve for me. I only hope I can save someone else the heart ache a hastened job creates. BTW, if they have one person doing the job and he finishes in less than 2 hours, something was skimped on. I found out the hard way.

There is an area 4 by 12 feet in a very visible spot where the sealant did not adhere properly. There are discolored lumps. I requested that this be addressed and have heard absolutely nothing. Additionally, they charge $150 to move the patio furniture in and out. The technician did not bring the table back in and had to come back two days later. It was just outside the cage. I was home both times and he did not bother to ask.
