What I did not have I purchased and had it all set up. She was to be here between 930am and 10am, she called and left a message at 949am stating that the house she cleans ahead of mine was taking her too much time and it was not going to work out for her to work my house into her schedule. IWouldn't you have thought this was already figured out when she promised to do a regularly scheduled cleaning service? I was very disappointed of course. The unprofessional behavior and uncaring attitude is too much. We are people too and our lives matter just as much.
