The company who'd replaced our roof didn't replace the flat part. They said it didn't need to be replaced. It was a rainy day when they collected the check. As soon as they were gone, our family room ceiling opened up and gallons of water poured in. The roofing company agreed to replace the flat roof but they did a sloppy job. I had someone on my roof who was screening off areas where critters could access our attic and they told me that flat roof needed to be replaced, sooner than later. I contacted several companies recommended by people on the Nextdoor app. One company came out to give me a quote but never returned my calls. Another company told me they were only doing roof replacements. I appreciated their honesty. I was very specific when I called roofing companies; I didn't need a new roof. One guy came out and told me he could contact my insurance company and tell them my roof had been damaged from a storm. We'd not had any damage to our roof from storms and that's bordering on insurance fraud. I decided to check out Yelp recommendations and saw that Easton had a lot of good reviews. When I called, they were very nice and told me they'd send someone out. The guys from Easton were there on time and they gave me an estimate. The estimate was very reasonable so I called to schedule the repair. The workers were very nice, professional, timely and they were there everyday until it was finished. They cleaned up after the repair so I wasn't finding random pieces of roofing material. Everyone, from the woman who answered the phone to the guys who did the repair was very nice and the whole process was seamless. Easton completed the repair and after years of checking ceilings, I can finally relax. Another contractor I'd used to remodel our house often needed access to the roof. I didn't ask him to check the flat roof but while he was up there, he wanted to check it out. He assured me they'd done a very good job and then asked for their info so he'd have the name of a good roofing company if one of his clients was looking to replace their roof. When an outstanding contractor is impressed with the work done by another company and asking for the company's info, that says a lot. If we have to replace our roof, we'll definitely use Easton and if anyone needs a roof replacement or repair, I highly recommend them. They've earned those 5 star reviews.

Some examples: he measured wrong my rectangle shaped house and was adamant the front of my house was longer than the back (see screenshots of the txt exchange) then he ran out of one color of materials to use on my house and started to have his guys install on the back side of the house using left over very small scrap pieces (pieces less than a foot long) normal gutter covering pieces I believe are 4'. I had him stop that and he told me he only had a different color (seen in photos as well) he tried to spray paint them to match in my yard no less, which yes will mow off, not a huge deal, but he left the job after all that spray paint and they are still different colors! Bottom line he didn't purchase enough to do my whole house and left them two different colors as shown. The other pics shown are of trash he left all over, not just drink bottles but cut metal pieces from installation. We had to have our AC repaired because trash fell down into the AC. If you have kids or dogs to plan around make sure you're okay with them working an 11-8:30 shift.. I asked them to stop several times as I was trying to put my kids to bed and they were still on the roof.
