I printed out the picture, and took it to my soon to be new hair stylist...... As I walked into McQueen's I was greeted sweetly by a lovely lady whom I had seen on their website video's. She offered me something to drink and had me sit down and relax while I waited for my stylist Immy. Immy is a beautiful girl who ROCKS! I showed her my printed out picture and she said, 'Oh, now this is going to be fun!' She was right! She rocked my hair and cut it exactly like the picture looked! Where have you been all my life? Oh, and did I mention the fabulous head massage one of the girls gave me when washing and conditioning my hair? OMG!! Mistakes with my color followed by an expectation that I wait 30 minutes with sopping wet hair for the hairdresser to finish another client after have a nice long chin wag? Do you think he had the interest or professionalism to come over and let me know he was running late or ask if I was ok? Nope! There's a general sense that no one cares. Expect mediocre service at best. There are better places to spend your money in tonbridge with better and more consistent (and hygienic) results.
