Listed our home Up North with Coldwell Banker, received an offer thru Keller Williams Realty agents…read morename was Justin Spix. The whole process was horrible dealing with him. He is the most rude, arrogant and talks to you like your an idiot. He went into our home without letting our realtor know a date and time, just took it upon himself that he could go in by himself without letting anyone know. The propane tank had run out so the inspector could not test the stove, dryer or fireplace. He told us we had to fill the propane tank so they could test these items, which we found out later he lied. We only had to put enough propane in the tank so they could do the test. This cost us $600.00 because Justin Spix lied to us. Then just before closing my husband and I got a box together with most of the papers of people with receipts on who worked on the house when we built it. We did not have to do this, but we did this so the new people would have the information if they needed it. The box also had the extra keys to the house, garage door opener etc, and our name and phone number to call us if they needed to know anything about the house, because we built it and know it inside and out. My realtor took the TAPED box to the title company they were closing at and told them this was for the buyers. Come to find out he went to the title company a hour and a half before closing without the buyers being there and opened the box and went thru it. Justin Spix had NO business going through that box it had NOTHING to do with him. I could go on and on and on with how he treated us, but there is not enough room or time to keep going. I would NEVER recommend him to anyone. Everything is about him and he does not care how he treats people. I am going to look into getting some of my propane money back just because it cost us more than it should have because he lied.

Justin's guys worked quickly, efficiently, and safely and we are so pleased with the end results. Our yard was cleaned of ALL the debris and they even cleaned up some of our old tree limbs we had laying around. They went over and beyond my expectations. And to anyone looking for some great tree removal, stump grinding, hard working guys- these are your men. Very VERY reasonable, we were offered payment options, very knowledgeable, and they did everything I asked for and then some because I kept asking if they would do more little things to my yard. I have a few more trees to remove next year and I won't hesitate on calling them back. My yard looks so good now that all of those trees were removed. Thanks guys!!
