Yes, they did a great job the filthy refrigerator and stove but as they were about done they started to work on the cabinets. It was only at the end that they showed me what was done. They removed grim but missed a few silverware drawers. The dispatcher had allotted 2 to 3 hours for the job even after I told him my tenants had trashed the place. The next day I call the rep and he sent me pictures of their work. He told me remember them for any additional work. 271 dollars later it was done. I might not use them again..... On their first day, she and her team arrived *exactly* on time, which was a was a good sign but it was only the beginning. They got to work immediately, vacuuming and scrubbing the house from top to bottom. I was impressed with just how thorough and efficient they were. I don't know how they did it so well, but the areas around the burners on our stove haven't sparkled this much in years! Every floor was spotless, bathrooms were immaculate, and the house just feels good to be in. Also, they cleaned surfaces but left the papers on our tables alone. This is a HUGE deal for us. Some cleaning services will stack and combine papers, leaving a big headache to sort out after they leave. Inna's team kept things organized just as they had found them. That was really appreciated. I was told my house would need a deep clean separated over 2 sessions. First session, deep clean kitchen, bathrooms and general clean everything else. Then the 2nd deep clean would be deep clean everything else and general clean what they did last time. Each deep clean would be about 4-5hours. The first clean was about 4.5 hours, they missed a few spots and when I sent photos they said they will address those areas next time. The second session was terrible. They were only scheduled to be here 3 hours (although I was told 4-5 hours for deep cleans in the quote) and they only stayed 2.5hours. And they did a terrible job. Why am I paying for 4-5hours or service and getting half? If they had done a good job in 2.5hours I'd be so happy, but they were definitely skimping and trying to do the least work possible.
