Horrible service and ladies in there have a horrible attitude. First time at this location and I did not see the speaker so went up to the window to order. Lady slammed the window multiple times and at the end said "Next time you don't order at the speaker we will not take your order" and slammed the window again. Stuff piled high & thrown on the floor when you walk in the door. The kolache does not taste like a Shipley's Kolache. Old tasting wiener.

Lack of customer service. Simple asked questions regarding specific donuts and cashier did not want to explain. She got upset and walked away from window. Another lady came to window I asked for previous cashier's name. She stated, "not allowed to give out customer's name" once order received it was not requested donut. One of the worst experiences with costumer service! I made my order for my son and I to the drive thru, they messed up my order, so I had to turn around because I was missing my kid's chocolate milk. I looked in my receipt to see if they changed for it, saw a description with an item as chocolate, so to me they did charged me for it. Sent my kid to get it with the receipt, I see that the lady said something to him, he turned around confused so I got out othe car and he told me that they charged for a chocolate filling instead of the chocolate milk. So I looked in the bag and saw it together with my donuts I also ordered. I took the bag so they can take it back and get the chocolate milk. Right away the woman at front (big Hispanic girl) gave me attitude, graving the donut out of the bag and throwing the chocolate away. At that point I was not having it, so she said I needed to pay the difference, at that moment I said, I don't care I payed it, I just needed to go. She is standing behind the cash register and I'm infront. She look like she was charging me so the charge came up, so I put my card to paid and then she tells me that was not my order to pay. So a manager I assumed, another big Hispanic older woman came to the cashier and they started speaking in Spanish. Little did she know I speak Spanish so she started talking crap about me in Spanish! That is when I went off on her in Spanish not to call me names! She said take your milk and go so I told her no, not until you give me my credit back. The older lady was even more nasty than the first one, telling to put my card back to get my credit when the other one was not even ready and calling names again! They need to be fired because they are making this place look the worst! I mean look at the reviews on this place for that reason! Drove all the way there and left with nothing. They wouldn't let me inside and said only drive thru was open but drive thru didn't have a menu so I went to the window. There was a very nice lady there but she did not have a menu and quickly rattled off their options. Due to her heavy accent, I only made out glazed and chocolate cream. I couldn't see the donuts and they had a $5 min for credit card orders so i left because I didn't know what they had due to no menu, not being allowed to see the donuts, and the lady's very thick accent. No thank you, had to wait in drive through for literally 20 min for no apparent reason. yes there were a few cars ahead of me but that was insane! I would have driven off but I was boxed in. This may seem like a pet peeve but I just like to see my donuts before I buy them. The inside is closed after 10:00 a.m. and you must use the drive-threw. This is the only establishment that i know of that provides tables and chairs but doesn't let their customers use them. I have always enjoyed going to a do-nut shop and drinking coffee and reading a newspaper. read more

The staff is so rude. I had to call her over bc she ignored me at first. There are plenty of shops were I can get my fatty carbs. She is lucky she was not rude to my 8 year sister old son. My 2 cents, maybe if you are a single guy you will get treated better. They look like that type.... read more

This is the worst place to get donuts. I live in the neighborhood right behind the store and can go there early in the morning and they are still not fresh. Asked for warm fresh donuts and she put them in the microwave to warm up. Terrible place and expensive!!! read more
