As he was doing my initial consultation and exam, he really listened and didn't seem to be in a hurry to rush me through. He explained to me why I was hurting and what my treatment would be that day. Then came the spinal manipulation. He was gentle, so as not to put me in any more pain, but he was also thorough. Like I said, he really knows what he is doing. He explained to me each manipulation as he was doing it. Hips, back, shoulders, and neck. After that, his assistant took me to the treatment room. Hailey (?) was great, too. She explained what the treatment was for, and made sure I was comfortable. She checked on me half way through so the machine could be adjusted if it needed to be. I feel so much better now! Best of all, Case Chiro Neurology Center office offers complimentary phone consults and surprisingly, Dr. Case will personally get on the phone and speak to you taking the time to get to know you. During the phone consult, Dr. Case did a complete battery of functional diagnostics and he will do this with any patient regardless of their condition. At my last massage she mentioned we were in a different room because she was doing a barefoot massage and the poles were best for her in that particular room. Of course I had to try it and it was wonderful. I did a 90 minute massage with about 1 hour Swedish and 30 minutes barefoot. The barefoot massage felt like a deep tissue massage but better, no not better but deeper and the coverage was more all at once. It's the only way I can describe it. When Erin hit my shoulders it was like the sweet spot, I made sure to let her know too, got some extra footsie up there I believe. I can't describe how good the barefoot massage was! It's not a massage I would have regularly but it will be a specialty I'll do ever so often. Love going to Massage Theory and having Erin as my massage therapist!
