Glad Nada starts doing some online marketing, so more people will have a chance to get help from her excellent service and expertise in the real estate market. Searching for a listing is not hard, you can do it yourself. But getting a loan and dealing with the seller (especially a difficult one I had) was absolutely beyond my ability, but Nada handled it very well. Not only did she got me a loan that I couldn't get from national banks, she also went to open houses with me. Nada thoroughly review the repair history of the home we bid on. She found out some major leaking from upstairs neighbor being covered up by the seller. After many back and forth, repairs and tests, everything were fixed up eventually, and I just have to credit Nada for her experience and effort in the process. After closing, she follow up with us and making sure no more problem with our new home.

Things are very bad at the moment and there is so much uncertainty everywhere you look. I was representing the seller of a home and when we put the listing live we had several offers all in the same range. After looking through them with the sellers and considering options we decided to only respond to one of them. If I have ever made a correct judgment in 30 years this would be the one. Because of the worldwide pandemic, things are very unpredictable. Loans are not getting to the finish line and people are very nervous about being able to complete an escrow. In a typical Real-Estate Transaction, there are several milestones that you work towards to complete things in a timely manner and get to the "Finish Line". Because of all of the uncertainty, people on all ends of transactions are very worried about removing contingencies and moving past these milestones without protections. When you are faced with this that is when you really appreciate the experience of a great Real-Estate Agent and that is what Mayra Santana is completely wonderful! My sellers had a purchase on the other side of this transaction that we work also working on which made things even more complicated but the entire time while doing an amazing job to keep her client's interest first and protected she worked closely with me making sure we had what we needed to not only complete this sale but the purchase on the other side of this sale. My wife and I (We work together as an agent team) had some moments of concern but Mayra always was there to help and work with us to get everything done.
