I arrived early and waited outside the apartment. I waited 15 minutes past the time I was supposed to meet the leasing agent/manager and no one arrived. I tried calling the office and no one picked up. Finally, a tenant exited the building and asked me who I was waiting on. I told him I was waiting on Chris from North Oak who was supposed to show me the available unit. The tenant walked away and made a call. A few minutes later I got a call from Chris directly who told me that he was sorry I was waiting and his assistant was supposed to get in touch with me. He relayed the information that the unit had just been rented that morning and was no longer available. I thanked him and left. The next week I called their offices and was told that unit was still available.
