The apartments look cute from the outside, but the service is very much below par. I paid for monthly yard mowing with the company, and it's been 24 days since they mowed. And what makes it worse is this is not unusual. Residents have so many issues with construction and lack of response with critical issues like roofs leaking air-conditioning, not working, in sufficient caulking to prevent bugs, etc. I would think twice before I moved into one of their units. I am moving out soon. I hope the potential residence will look at this and realize what they're getting into when they sign a contract. read more

Terrible well water.... Told owners for months there was something wrong with the water. They insisted it was treated and tested. I called NS Environmental Department and they discovered it wasn't a registered well and testing wasn't reported. A water test showed 5 x the allowable LEAD, Ph was too low ete ete Dryer vents were a fire hazard , amongst many other deficiencies. No live in super, terrible management.
