I arrived around noon in significant respiratory distress, experiencing severe congestion and vomiting due to what I believed was a lung infection. Within ten minutes, I was triaged and brought to a room where the team quickly completed vitals, an EKG, blood work, and an X‑ray. The nurses and physician were exceptional--efficient, professional, and clearly committed to providing high‑quality care. The attending physician went a step further by reviewing my recent lab results, which ultimately identified the underlying cause of my symptoms. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly and developed an action plan for me to follow until I could meet with my specialist next week. I want to express my sincere gratitude to all the dedicated individuals who supported me during my visit, especially the doctor who went the extra mile on an extremely busy day. Their care made a meaningful difference, and I am truly thankful. Warm regards

As well, the main Medical Receptionist, Lavina, is nothing short of a Godsend. She must work 3x harder than the average person in her position. Anyone who does not appreciate this facility and its caring professionals expect much too much. Things have changed over time. Be thankful you can see any doctor. In my 10 years, I have been helped at this clinic more times than I can even remember.

Both of the times we met for her to instal a new set of orthotics, she has been meticulous about making sure that they have been perfectly cut to size, and today she applied a stiffener layer to the toe-end sections of each one that improved installing and removing the orthotics from my shoes. She has also noted a couple of other foot-related issues and we have spoken about those, and her focus has never wavered. I recommended her to my younger son, who also needed podiatry support, and his experiences were also five-star occasions. Yelp needs to remove the posted "review" for March 15, 2018. It was obviously posted as a "joke", is unworthy of a Yelp review.

I don't get my prescriptions here because it's too risky if I need a refill unexpectedly and they're closed. I think a lot of folks forget what it's like to be treated like a paying customer and not a loitering pain in the arse. I have special needs that require certain home heath care equipment that simply is not available anymore. I could not seem to get any help when I called many of the pharmacies in the HRM. I am used to being treated in a rather surly manner by pharmacists...especially when asking for the special equipment I need. However; I thought of this place because they're new and home health care oriented. Jacinda is the pharmacist and she is the one who helped me. She did not have what I was looking for in her store, so she called several others for me while I waited. Like my last review of another drugstore, I have to point out the quality customer service. I really appreciated the steps Jacinda was willing to take to locate the equipment I require. She was not able to locate what I needed in other stores around HRM either but she is actually calling the supplier to see if she can't get what I need at her location. (*UPDATE on this...She ACTUALLY did find it and I was super happy, so another star for Moffat's Pharmasave) I'm glad I've discovered not one but two places in the last 3 weeks with people working there who actually care about the person calling, their needs and extending themselves to a standard of customer service that seems to be a dying art in the retail world. It has been a wonderful experience to receive service from the two pharmacists, Leigh and Jacinda (I hope I spelled those right). They are both incredibly helpful and knowledgable. They care about my health and go the extra mile. They have reviewed options for Tier 1/Tier 2 drugs for optimal coverage on my health insurance plan and called my physician to discuss alternate medications. I have learned that building a relationship with a pharmacist over time is incredibly helpful as they follow your care and have so much knowledge about the medications you are on. This pharmacy also offers free delivery if you can't pick up your prescription. I believe they also offer a number of care services for a fee such as flu shots. Even though I have moved to a new physician located on the other side of town and this pharmacy is out of the way for me, I go the extra distance for the quality and friendliness of their service.

I wake up in the morning to very little pain compared to a good deal of pain and stiffness He explained in detail what I should expect and what he can and cannot do for me. He recommended stretches and exercises that would help in my mobility and range of motion. I see him today for my first follow up and I cannot wait. Both receptionists are very professional and personable. They made great first impressions. If you have extended healthcare benefits please take advantage of them. My plan covered 90% of the cost and it was beyond worth it. What other medical care can you receive and just after one treatment feel like a much younger person. Tucked away off Cole Harbour Road, this little place houses a chiropractor's office and a massage therapy room. The small waiting room at the front provides ergonomically supported chairs and plenty of information on bone and spinal health. Your bones are your infrastructure! But for as simple as the place it, it has just what you need. Chiropractic medicine is not for everyone. You have to be comfortable having your bones pushed and prodded and cracked back into place. The registered chiropractor there is very gentle, and does a great job of answering all of your questions and alleviating any concerns you might have about lying down on a table that's going to slide around and pop your spine into place. Plus, she's going to encourage exercises and stretches you can do to help keep your core strong and straighten your back. She can plan a regimen that will help maximize your mobility and minimize your pain. If you're like me and your problem is beyond skeletal and encompasses your musculature, you might need some muscle manipulation to work out the kinks. Luckily, the massage therapy room in the back is there to welcome you to your next phase of healing. A comfortable massage table, soothing music, and capable hands are going to work your muscles into submission. Their prices are comparable to other spots, and they can do direct billing if your insurance is set up that way. A move and a depleted insurance made me stop going there a couple of years ago. However, now that I'm back in the neighbourhood, I'll likely be going back for a helpful crack now and again.

Once you make it to the back (after waiting a long time out front), the staff is very nice and it hardly takes any time to get through your appointment. Not much else to say...
