Vincent's was the only company I truly trusted to call. I did get additional quotes, but I ultimately chose Vincent's because of the confidence I had in their people, and I can honestly say it was the right decision. I especially want to recognize Brandon, who led this project. From the beginning, he was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, patient, and professional. He took the time to clearly explain what needed to be done and why, and the approach that would be taken to get it done, which gave me a tremendous amount of confidence moving forward. When Brandon and Sean showed up together on the very first morning to begin the work, I knew without any doubt the job was going to be done thoroughly and the right way. Sean has consistently been reliable, skilled, and respectful every time he has come to my house over the years, and this project was no exception. Beyond his knowledge and professionalism, he treats people with genuine kindness and patience, which matters just as much. Breonna was equally impressive. She worked incredibly hard, was extremely knowledgeable, and clearly played a huge role in keeping a project of this scale moving efficiently and smoothly. Lathan not only helped with the work being done, but also made sure my yard was restored afterward with grass seed and straw. Those extra details matter to homeowners, and it showed a level of pride and care that is rare. What impressed me most was the attitude and professionalism of the entire crew. They showed up exactly when they said they would, completed the entire project in only four days, exactly how long they told me it would take, and stayed positive and professional the entire time. For a project this extensive and intimidating, they made the entire process feel manageable. The organization and cleanliness throughout the project were honestly unbelievable. For a job of this size, I hardly had any cleanup to do afterward at all, which was incredibly important while working full-time, and going to school full-time during finals week. For the first time in the 10 years I have owned my home, my basement is completely dry. No standing water, no musty smell, and no anxiety every time it rains. I actually enjoyed the thunderstorm and rain we got this week, for the first time in years! Exceptional workmanship is one thing. Exceptional people are another. We have special needs children who are dependent on electricity for health reasons. The only person who would answer our call was Dependable power. Joshua came the same night and determined that the metal bar in our panel had been burning for a while, which explains why we would lose power sometimes when our heater turns on. Josh got power on the same night and come the following morning with a generator to start work. We are so fortunate, while he worked, we had electricity for our medical equipment and fridges. I feel that we got a great deal on the work. The panel project solved several issues we have had since we moved into the home and we are in a much safer position and, of all the places you want to feel safe, it's your home. I called him again for wiring in my kitchen. I wanted to add some circuts. He again arrived on time, was very professional, and thourough.
