A standard offer of service for them was a reasonable rate if you dropped off your dry cleaning before 10 AM you would get it back after 5 PM same day. Now to get that same service it's four days. If you drop off after 8:30 AM on a Monday you will not get it back till after five on a Thursday. If you want it quicker like they used to do Dash literally last week - you have to pay three dollars extra. For a pair of pants that was six dollars that I could get same day is now nine dollars to get into days is such a huge drop off in the previous service that they offered that it is no longer acceptable.
