I recently got an order done there. They typically want a 12 shirt order but will work with you. I wanted 3 pics put on 3 Ts . A little more costly but better than RED BUBBLE, ( whom I love ). Took about two weeks til pick up ! WOW, INCREDIBLE, FAR BETTER THAN EXPECTED, EVEN ENLARGED THE PICS I GAVE. QUALITY OF T IS SUPERB, NOT THE CHEAP THIN STRETCH STUFF. plan to get a 12 shirt reorder. Totally impressed with their customer service! Each year we try to get our family together and have talked about custom shirts. This year I thought about making the shirts on Monday (we are leaving on Sunday). I contacted a couple other places and since I needed 16 shirts ranging in size from 2T - XL and waste a mix of styles (tank tops for the girls, t-shirts for the guys and a long-sleeve v-neck for myself since I try to keep covered from the sun), I was told it was impossible to get an order together in such a short time. When I called Shirt Printing 4 U, I was told that they typically need a week, but they could work with me....and that they did. I had an idea for a design and within a few minutes they tweaked it so I could see what it would look like on each style of shirt. Since they aren't open on Saturdays, I was told that it would be a late Friday pick up. I received calls throughout the week to let me know the progress and was given an update on the time to pick up. I was told that there had been a problem with the printing on two of the size S tank top shirts. They'd already printed up two M size tanks in hopes that they might work, but were willing to drive to Naperville for a 2nd time that day to get replacement shirts (in heavy late-afternoon traffic). I suggested that I look at what they'd printed and see the M sizes. When I got there, not only had they printed up two M size tanks, but also had printed up two S size T-shirts. I asked to see the "bad shirts" and reluctantly they brought them out to me. I doubt that I would have noticed the slight discoloration marks (looked like a slight scorch mark) on the shirts and told them that my grandkids would have these white shirts dirty in no-time since we were headed to a beach. Reluctantly they gave me the two S tanks as well as the other extra shirts. The owner really didn't want "bad shirts" going out in public, but now I'm able to see what fits best and if the smalls actually do fit best, my g-kids won't even notice! TOTALLY impressed with the speed, genuine care that each person exhibited throughout the entire process. As I mentioned at the start...I was late in getting this idea together and never did they treat me like I'd procrastinated! When I need more shirts, I'll remember this great service and I should also mention that the quality of the product is fantastic as well. read more

Fantastic service and quality! I was part of a wedding and had a last minute idea to get custom T-shirts for the groomsmen and the couple. I called Shirt Printing 4 U and spoke with Joe around lunch time. I gave my order request and mentioned that I had a flight at 6pm the same day. After previously calling other surrounding competitors, I was ready to hear the unrealistic timing request from them also. However, Joe was happy to accommodate my small order for six simple custom t-shirts in between his other orders. Within minutes of hanging up the phone, he emailed me two design proofs to evaluate. After choosing one of the selections, this company completed my order within 2.5 hours with enough time for me to make my flight after pickup. Great quality, solid fitting, appropriate pricing. Absolutely outstanding customer service!!! I brought my 13 year old daughter in to get a shirt made for her friend's birthday. They couldn't have treated her nicer if she was coming in to order 10 dozen shirts, not just one. They were patient and helpful in assisting her to design the shirt, and then when there was a last-minute problem with their supplier they went above and beyond to make sure she had the shirt in time for the birthday party (actually sent an employee chasing out to a nearby store to locate a shirt they could use to print on).
