I had three T-shirts made for $120.00 total. I carefully explained how I wanted them stenciled. I was sent a picture by email of how the T-shirts would look and it was right on. When I came to pick up the T-shirts, I looked at the top one and it was perfect. I trusted them by not looking at the next two T-shirts but when I got home I found out the third was made completely wrong. When I paid, the lady smiled, looked me in the eye and said thank you but when I paid she didn't give me a reciept. So, I was robbed $40.00 by the most honest looking people you could imagine in the whole world. read more

I had a design for a Black Captain America that I wanted to gift to my son who is graduating from the Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs. An unproductive conversation ensued. References made to current discounting adverts listed on the website were dismissed as 'former promotions' that were strangely lacking expiration dates. How could a promotion end without a website revision or an indication anywhere of an expiration date? I was then requested to send a photo of the website to the unsolicited caller to verify the advert I had and was currently seeing. I complied and was told that what was advertised wasn't currently on offer, yet no effort seemingly made to honor the promotion offered on the website that we both were, by then, seeing. Deciding to side with my lying eyes over the lying, duplicitous, prevaricating voice on the phone, I promptly ended the call mid-conversation and decided to phone another tinting installer. That's impressive, folks. Print X-Press got back to me with a quote within a few hours, but beyond that communication among the office members was fairly disjointed. Normally it wouldn't be a huge deal when our print job would be ready (by the hour), but when things are rushed, a few hours makes a big difference. Regardless, our job was completed, looked great, and prices were cheaper (by quite a bit) compared to the local Kinko's. Next time we need a quick print job in the city, I'll likely use Print X-Press again.

Not only was the time and Quality great...But the sales rep I talked to was nice and very knowledgeable. And the price was unbelievably reasonable.
