After a week of zero contact I needed to reach out to find out if my proofs/art was ever received and was told I would have a proof sent to me soon [which did happen]. I did not receive my shirts on May 1st and ended up having to call/text approximately once per week for updates, receiving no proactive communication from his side - For about two weeks I was promised "they will be done in just a few days," until I finally was able to pickup my order at the very end of May, a month after the deadline - I showed up to his business, was handed the box and told to have a good day, no apology or explanation. Two days later I was able to count my order and noticed 25 of my shirts were missing, including ALL of my Adult Small, Medium and XL shirts - Seth was notified right away and I was told he would look into it. After making a similar review on Google the Owner contacted me to tell me that he would have my shirts shortly, this was 3 weeks ago . At this point I am coming to terms with the fact that I may be out approximately $300 worth of product and will need to look into other options to recover my payments.
