Dianne was our combination sous chef and server at the bar/counter (this is the way to go)! She was talented, both in her obvious skills as a chef, but also with her attentiveness as a server. She was an excellent multitasker, young, attractive, fun and asked us just enough questions to ascertain exactly what we would enjoy from their diverse and sophisticated Mediterranean menu. She was an impressive representative amongst a group of obviously well-curated staff. The food was fantastic and represented well the ambitious chef de cuisine, whom we also met and found to be quite enthralling. Finally, the sommelier picked the perfect wine pairings to go with the meal. He was a true professional and described in detail the attributes of several options we might enjoy with our meal.
