Handled my aunt's estate. Took two years. Maybe that's normal?…read more Anyway. They sent out a letter to heirs with several mistakes. One was my one heir's Aunt Dottie. They had wrong, outdated address. I responded with updated address. They completely ignored it. How do I know? My brother visited my aunt's former house. It's now, macabre, display place for coffins. Oddly, mailbox is still there. He found letter from Klenk dated a year ago. Obviously, staff paid no attention to my update. Don't know if my Aunt Dottie ever received news about her inheritance. She's 104, in a nursing home, and could use a few extra dollars. Of course I contacted them about this, but, as expected, got no reply. Really incompetent front office staff. Uncaring.
