The gutters were installed incorrectly on an internal corner of our house, causing rain to flow straight down and directly into our basement. After several calls, they finally came out during the winter and saw a huge icicle frozen in the affected area and committed to come back in the spring to fix it. After at least 20 phone calls and issuing a complaint to the BBB, the problem remains 6-7 years later. The BBB confirmed they were also unable to get a call back. What was once a great company is now a big disappointment.

These awnings seem to be great especially with the remotes for opening and closing them! These awnings should also help nicely for cutting down the amount of sun and heat coming in the house from the direct sunlight! Unfortunately we've only had a short amount of time since installation to sit under them with all the crazy wind we've had but we can tell we will have some lovely shade from them during the summer plus the awnings should cut down the amount of heat on our Trex decking too where in the past we only had an umbrella! Can't wait for summer and the Sunshine to start because we love sitting on our deck! I should mention of the great installation team of Daniel and Tyler, they worked hard especially when the rain started and they explained nicely how the remote and the awnings worked! Plus a day later Eric the electrician came over to install an electrical outlet for our two awnings And did a great job as well! Service & maintenance for your awning is hard to find. If you're thinking about putting in an awning, get one that doesn't have to come down for the winter and back up in the summer.
