I have used Jamies Shoe Repairers many numbers of times, and both he and his team are courteous, kind, helpful and have insight. They clearly have extensive knowledge of their trade. They have just made a good solid repair of a buckle on a good pair of shoes for me today, for next to no cost, and which I had believed were unrepairable. They've cut keys for me, made ID tags for my little dog and my handsome wayward mischievous cat, and matched and cut with precision, a new car key for me last summer, which has been a saving grace to have. In a stressful world this little shop has helped me on countless numbers of occasions, and made my life easier because if it. THANK YOU for being here in Hitchin.
