For Upstate malls, I'd put this one behind Westgate and definitely behind Haywood. It's above the mall that used to be in Easley, though, if that helps. Dillard's is a nice store, though.

On July 15,…read more2021 I placed online order # 330192387 and was told I could proceed to the store for pickup. I arrived at the curbside pickup location and followed the directions in the link sent to me. I received confirmation that the link worked and an associate would be out shortly with my order. After a 40 minute wait, I had to go inside, stand in a long line and pick up my order. On September 14, 2021I placed online order #335735211. Again I followed the directions and waited...and waited. After nearly 20 minutes I attempted to call the store. I was treated to no answer on multiple calls, just a voice machine that looped me back to where I started. I had to go inside, stand in line again. One of the cashiers had to call the person handling curbside pickup (Pamela) on the radio to tell her she was needed. Pamela walked to the front and asked the cashier what she needed. It was painfully obvious Pamela had no clue that I had alerted the store of my arrival at curbside or she just took her sweet time getting there. Thai seems to be an Anderson location issue as I have not had this issue at the Easley store.

The shoes cost $250 which was reportedly a discount from the normal $300 cost. After only 4 months one heel started making a loud clicking noise. When i returned to the store I was told that store would do nothing for me and I would have to contact the factory. NOt even a sorry for your problem or I will contact the factory for you. Just "call the factory maybe they will do something for you". Ony after calling customer support was I told this store is not a company store and they have no direct relationship with the SAS manufacturer. This is apparfently whey they told me to go elsewhere for satisfaction. Customer support said they can't do anything for me on the phone and was given an e-mail address to which I had to explain my issue. Still awaiting a response. I would be very careful purchasing shoes from SAS. I will certainly NOT purchase their shoes again gthe future
