The assortment of apparel on the men's side is good, but I wish they carried a couple more items. The service is great tho. Everyone from the sales associates to the cashiers were friendly and helpful. I ended up buying some socks and underwear which were at a great price. I saved about 30-40% of the original cost of the items. I'll come back again in the future when I have the time to really sort through the stacks.

The staff was really helpful and many of them offered to help me try on boots. The only thing I noticed was any boot that was $800 or up I tried on was the most uncomfortable thing in the world. Notches hitting in your foot and the most roughest walking in my mind this whole "break in" thing is nonsense why would anyone buy these Lucchese boots and be like their comfortable... they are the most crappiest boot's I've ever wore or tried on. I'm not going to invest a grand to wait for this "break in" period to take effect I've already done that and NO DICE they never become comfortable, especially If I'm at the ranch all day working in rough fields. My advice if your looking for a comfortable boot for ranch, rodeo, work, try on the Ariats or Anderson Bean or the Cavender's brand. They have soles and are ten times more comfortable than any other boot. I'm normally size 13 in shoes but I had a size 11 boot because they DO STRETCH out a little bit. So don't invest in the hype of "Gucci" boots. Support the local brands, made in Texas not some crappy Italian boots and think your a real cowboy.

Not only were they not talking in hushed tones but the employee who had the exchange with a customer who let her child use their nonpublic restroom. Employee you said you left the door open and when you have a child who says they have to go...especially a boy... they have to go NOW.. or you could have been cleaning a puddle. I, as a customer don't appreciate the fact that even if I am buying "only $9 socks" that you speak to me or about me in the manner in which you were... and that other customers no matter how few heard. So if the customer didn't put in a complaint about you because you told her she would be in trouble because she wasn't supposed to be back there.. I am. From how you spoke about the incident to your coworker I think you were the rude one. It will be a long while before I shop at your store again.
