Proceeded to not even help us lol. Got the items we needed with no help then waited 10 min to checkout while the woman in the back was drawing with highlighters. A nice man came eventually which is why this review deserves at max 1 star- only for this dude. He was very unpersonable and didn't care much but at least he did his job. Won't be coming back to this Men's Wearhouse. Rather order online so a robot can help me besides people who can't seem to do their job LOL!

They won't consider staying an extra 1/2 hour after closing to help a woman buy a $1000 dress? My fiancée would rather model dresses after hours when no other patrons can judge her. In less than three months there was a hole near one of the seams. We just happened to be at the mall so I went in to see IF they had a policy (wasn't demanding a refund or exchange...didn't even have the jeans with me) regarding their clothing. The manager instantly went on the defensive staying the they "don't guarantee anything, for all she knows my daughter could have worn those jeans every other day." Even if that was the case, that means that the jeans wore out in a month and a half.
