Visited here a few months ago and amazing staff! Came back a few days ago to get a tie and pants and absolutely no workers were in the store. Found a rude woman in the back wearing a unprofessional blue top basically boobs spilling out who was like - "There aren't any mirrors in the dressing rooms so we can tell you if you look terrible". Proceeded to not even help us lol. Got the items we needed with no help then waited 10 min to checkout while the woman in the back was drawing with highlighters. A nice man came eventually which is why this review deserves at max 1 star- only for this dude. He was very unpersonable and didn't care much but at least he did his job. Won't be coming back to this Men's Wearhouse. Rather order online so a robot can help me besides people who can't seem to do their job LOL! read more

I always recommend Mens Wearhouse as a whole as they have a good amount of business attire and reasonable pricing, but this store in Grand Junction not so much. Went in for some new shoes today and maybe they were understaffed but i didn't even get recognized (as in Welcome in) when i came in and i waited about 20 minutes and not one associate said a word to me. Never ending bad service... It started on a Sunday before prom (6 days away). I get it, my son waited until the last minute. We couldn't rent a tux, would have to buy a suit and they were busy. I was told to check in and wait several hours. I couldn't wait that day so I made an appointment for the following day at 2:30pm. I showed up early, they were all helping people, so I started pulling the stuff we wanted. Finally someone arrives and we have everything settled but the length on a pair of pants. We've bought several suits and know it usually takes a few days to get them hemmed and pressed and ready to go. No big deal. Except, the lady who we had talked to vanished. The one who was supposed to be helping us for our appointment was just gone. She left us in the dressing room for 40 minutes. I talked to several other people and they were apparently trying to fix the broken hemming machine. They couldn't fix it but we were told they should have someone in to fix it in a day or two. No big deal. We decide to order a pair of pants the right size - should have been in on Friday. Which would be enough time to press them and pick them up Saturday afternoon. When I asked if they had previous shipping issues, they said not usually, which wasn't convincing. So I said can you put a hold on the too long ones and if the short ones don't come in can you just hem those when your machine is fixed. They understood, they repeated back to me the plan. I felt somewhat confident the kid would have pants. We left. Fast forward to Friday. Friday. I haven't heard so I called (at 11:39am - so the manager can figure out who we talked to and provide additional training), they said, yep, we have the pants these will be pressed and I'll have them ready for pick up this afternoon or tomorrow morning. Saturday my son heads in to get them at 12:40pm. They get the run around to check in, check in, and talked to nearly everyone in the store. If you are waiting - although they encourage you to check in with the QR code, I wouldn't. I believe my son went wrong with the entire process of check in, check in with what seemed to them like every employee over the course of 4 hours. Come to find out the short pants are no where to be found, the long pants haven't been hemmed, the pants weren't pressed (never were). My son sits around for FOUR HOURS. I finally have to come in and ask where are the pants? At this point, he can just wear them long, but at least he'd have pants! She was hemming them at that moment. It took FOUR HOURS to get this taken care of when I left on Monday with what we thought was a plan, called on Friday to confirm it was all good to go, and all we had to do was pick up on Saturday. I was told they have all new staff and only the manager knows how to do anything. Several employees said this to us. That came pretty clear as I only dealt with the manager, she was the only one who could check us out, order pants, hem the pants, etc. So there were about 5 people standing around who couldn't actually help anyone. I would encourage the manager to train the employees - have them shadow you and then you shadow them. You need help and they can't help you if they can't do anything. In no world should it take 4 hours to pick up a suit that we ordered 6 days previously that were told the day before would be ready to go. The service we received all three times was short, rude, and flustered. Which all makes sense if you are doing everything by yourself during wedding and prom season. The insults at the end from the manager were not necessary and if you treat your employees even a sliver of the way I was treated after 4 hours of waiting they will all be gone before you even have a shot to attempt to train them. read more

My family and I visited the Men's Wearhouse in Grand Junction this last weekend and we had a wonderful experience. The team member, AJ, helped my partner and his dad pick out suits for a couple upcoming weddings. AJ was attentive, kind, funny, patient, and overall, awesome! They were super rude and unhelpful they were trying to tell me what I can and can't wear an they would not show me what I was looking for.

Bull and his staff are so friendly and super helpful. I needed a last minute outfit and they did everything they could to help me pick out the perfect outfit. They didn't have my size in the shirt I really wanted, so they put a rush order on it and it came just in time. I also picked up some leisure pants that are amazing. They also have great sale items and grabbed a $60 shirt for $15. read more

My wife and I had an excellent experience last week, July 2024, at the Grand Junction Colorado Men's Wearhouse in the Mall. Wow! Darlene and Ciara were super patient with us, as I'm difficult to clothe with kind of a strange size. Still, they found the suit, shirt, tie, and other items which I needs for a completely changed and positive look. These two women were friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and just remarkable human beings! This place has nice sales from time to time where you can stock up. I'd say we all need some "Sunday bests" for interviews and whatever else. Plan ahead, hit a sale, and let them help you; one of the best parts of the store. read more

Wes is absolutely amazing. I had to buy vests, shirts and ties for my husband, son and brother. Wes made this a simple, quick and easy task. Wes picked everything out for me. Returns are almost impossible, had to come back to the store multiple times because they did not process the return.

I shop at Men' Wearhouse because of the service and the quality of their products. Additionally since I travel a lot I enjoy the consistent service from store to store. My recent experience at this Grand Junction store has confirmed my faith in their quality customer first service.
