Was very nice and sweet to the rest of the customers that were WHITE. As soon as it was our turn in line I said "Hi, how are you?" And she did not say 1 word until it was time for the total. What a shame. Not to mention everyone else in line noticed this treatment. Such a bad reputation for the store! The employees both times were knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. Their prices are in line with the good shoe quality, and service is the best I've had in any shoe store ever. He really is the master of shoes. Customer service is excellent & the employees only learn from the best since Dana has owned & operated several boot stores in his lifetime.
