They were not damaged in any way. No store credit either, so I'm stuck with a $ 182.00 pair of shoes that I can't wear. I wanted to get another - different pair- but nope. So do not go to this location, unless you want to be lied too and treated like garbage (which was the way they treated me when I first went there), I hope you assh##less go out of business cause you all can suck it.

Don't bother keeping the DSW membership card they give you, because they won't use it. Instead they…read morehassle you for your info during checkout. They don't tell you they can input the numbers from your card, they keep insisting you give them your phone number, email, etc. out loud, in front of the other customers. The people in front of me took almost 10 minutes to checkout, because they had to give all of their personal info before the employee took their monly. When I got to the cash register, and said I had the DSW card on my Apple Watch, I was told they "couldn't scan the cards" and had to type in the phone number used. I said I just wanted to pay for my shoes, and the employee insisted I give her a phone number. I gave her our old house number, since that would have been the one we used years ago, and told her I didn't want to give out all my other info, outloud in front of other customers. She became rude, slammed the boxes around, barely spoke to me to give me my total. Rude ridiculous experience. Just let people buy their shoes. When done, I asked her if she could have typed in the number from the DSW membership card, and she said YES. So why the heck didn't she do that instead of insisting on a phone number? The discounts are worthless anyway, the BUY 1 GET 1 HALF OFF small print excludes 99% of the brands in the store. Worthless.

Very nice dress shoes, assortment of Nike, Adidas, John Madden, Vince Camuto, Birkenstock (or my FAV alternative that they carry- White Mountain), Sketchers, Vans, Sperry, and more! This is always my first and only spot for shoes. They also have a rewards program. I shop here maybe 1-2 times every few months (not often) but I still always end up with rewards such as $10 off. Or sometimes $25 of $100 or something. SUE is my favorite team member here. She is always so nice and cares about the customer! Her smile is welcoming and staff members like her are what keeps customers coming back! They also carry accessories too such as totes, jewelry, socks, perfume/cologne, and cute nick nacks. I DSW.

There is plenty of parking, well lit parking lot, and within walking distance of other stores. The thing with Marshall's and their great comparable deals is, if you see something you like whether seasonal, clothing, shoes, kitchen ware etc you need to get it then. It's not guaranteed you'll find the same items every time you come into the store.
