I give two stars for her first impression, because it's on point. However, I would like to give…read morezero stars for her customer service. We had a special order of shirts made for a motorcycle trip. She guaranteed she could follow through and make a quality product. So, we decided to go with a small business. First, the shirts were given to us at almost midnight, and we left at 3 am. So, needless to say, she waited until the last minute to do the job. Mind you, this order was "in the works" for several weeks. Second, the shirts aren't even what we ordered. Every shirt is different. They are missing a logo on the back, the logos were "hand painted" to add color, and there were mess ups (burn marks and paint smears) on several shirts. They were such poor quality, and honestly embarrassing. We didn't even give these out. Apparently she has a "no return" policy. And apparently she has an "idgf if I mess up policy" because she wouldn't even make these right. I wish we would've asked locals before we purchased anything from her, because most locals here will tell you to not go there. Our mistake. Also, if you read any bad reviews on her, she always* has an excuse for her dishonest work, and honestly that's just poor business management. She did not follow through on her end of the deal and didn't care when notified. You have to pay upfront. So, by the time you get your product, it's too late and she has your money. Most businesses would try and make it right. Her, on the other hand, she doesn't care. I can't wait to read her response and see what excuse she has for this review. *Please ask your locals before shopping with her.
