What had caused me hours of grief took him 15 minutes to fix. I was out the door for $25 for that piece, and i picked up some other equipment while i was there. 100% recommend this shop. They were responsive, they did not treat me stupid and they got my problem fixed immediately. I was back home within 25 minutes with my tire installed. I rode tonight for 80 minutes and she performed flawlessly! I will be back.

I ordered a bike through Trek to be delivered and assembled at this shop. They assured me that it would be finished within 1-2 hours. I showed up an hour later as they were just finishing up. One of the associates was letting me know some of the features as the tech took it for a quick spin post build. They did not upsell me on accessories that I may or may not need, they helped me pick out a helmet and gave me some tips for my new bike, as well as offered me two free tune ups as a new customer. Not only do they run a solid shop, they have beer on tap and coffee as well. Will definitely be a returning customer and would recommend to others.

Terrific place, with super nice folks who work there. Garon, the owner, is one swell guy to work with. Big jewelry store in a seemingly small building. Lots of inventory from watches to all kinds of jewelry; I can't imagine a person not being able to find what they're looking for there. I just went in for a watch battery. It was not only replaced in a few minutes, but for $8, a person couldn't ask for a fairer price than that. I'm relatively new to the area, and had probably driven by 1000 times before I knew they were there. A friend turned me on to Garon's, and said he's been going there for decades. I was as impressed by the store as I was with its owner and staff. Garon's will most definitely be my go-to place from here on out.

The ring I got for my Fiancee (now wife) is an absolute gem (hold applause for puns please). The owner Garon, his wife, and Michael were all great. When I found a problem with my ring after purchase I mailed it to them and they fixed the problem at no cost.
