Save yourself the headache of ordering from these people. I had over a $200 order (first and only…read moretime ordering), and half of it was out of stock, and I was extremely patient and understanding, but these people are impossible to deal with. I have been nothing but nice and patient, but they run their business with emotion and irrational behavior, and I'm done with them. They would've had a loyal customer out of me, but they screwed up and acted like it was my fault somehow and that they were doing me a favor by giving me a free pair of damaged jeans...unbelievable. I didn't complain about any of it, until I emailed to check on another pair of pants that I paid for that hadn't come in yet, but they said they gave me free jeans, so just accept that and forget about the pants I paid for. I told them I appreciated the jeans, and never complained about them because they were free yet damaged (hooks missing in the corset part), but I still would like the pants I never received or a refund. They were ugly and said just return the jeans and they'll refund the pants. I've already spent enough of my precious time dealing with these horrible people to go return anything. Ugh.. there's so much more, but just save your money or spend it somewhere else. Freckled poppy is great and I've spent $2k with them over the past two months and everything was perfect, so go buy from them, or any of your local boutiques, instead. You'll be happier about your purchase than having to deal with these people.

I went up there and talked to the head mechanic and he told me that there was a price of $100…read morediagnostics to do that diagnostic test on any vehicle and I said OK and I brought my vehicle up there to get a diagnostics ran on my suspension system on my Dodge ram and then after they got done with the diagnostic test on my truck and without telling me, they charged me $180. on top of the $100. for just running a diagnostic and the truck is still messed up and they're gonna charge me $280 to look at my truck. They wI'll not be used again by me or my family and friends.
