Justin Barret (aka JB) did an incredibly awesome job helping me navigate from an Iphone 15 to an Iphone 16 yesterday on July 9, 2025! It was a hot day and I did not have that much time before having to get back to Alex City. JB knew right where I was at and worked through a variety of options towards a new plan that was a great deal for me, enabling me to walk out of the store with a new Iphone 16e and a refined plan with some unique perks and features. He was quite effective as I was initially skeptical of committing to any new plan. Great job, JB! This was our first visit to our local Verizon store, but it was a great experience! The employees were nice and friendly. Phoenix was the one who worked with us, and he was exceptionally patient and kind, answering all our questions and working hard to ensure my content was transferred to my new phone after doing an upgrade. It took a good while because I had so much content, but he remained patient, courteous, and even worked late to help take care of everything. Highly recommend! Such a positive experience! read more

Skip the horrible service and go online My experience here was the worst I have ever had. On the day of the new iPhone release they assured me via phone that they had stock, which they did. I sat at the sales person 's desk for 45 minutes to upgrade my 2 phones. Then was told that 'they reserve the right to not sell a phone' if they feel someone is suspicious. This was suspiciously after I told them I would not be trading my phones in, for I felt I could sell them for more then they were willing to pay. The amount they offered was half of what Verizon was offering online. After calling Verizon they said that the store was just an authorized agent and was not an actually Verizon store at all. Verizon filled a complaint and were willing to send me the phones right away. They also had very few Apple accessories or products in stock read more

Avoid this place if you actually want to talk to somebody who is willing to help and believes in customer service. I went in looking to acquire a contract since everyone I know with Verizon service raves about it. As a bonus, my employer offers a minor percentage monthly discount on select plans. I thought it was perfect. I wanted a new phone, haven't been on contract in years, I was ready for a change and had cash in hand. I get in there and the Customer Service Associate, I use the term very loosely, paid attention for all of two minutes. I had time get seat at a small table, and tel him what I was looking for in a plan and a new phone. He promptly ignores all of my requests, doesn't even attempt to acknowledge them, and tries to push the latest package on me....that met none of my specifications. I pointed this out and he kept pushing it regardless. I mentioned I'd like to know the details of my employer discount, what that involved. I was told not to worry about it, the plan he was pushing was better than anything other deal I could get. The next thing I know his buddy come back for lunch. How do I know this? The sales associate literally stood and was talking over my head to ask him about it. Needless to say at that point I realized just how unwanted my business was. I stood up and showed myself out.
