St Vincent's is out there trying to help people with their proceeds: The proceeds from each of the Thrift Stores go directly to the programs and services that deliver hope and help to people in need. The $50 that you spend in a SVdP Thrift Store can turn into the rent or utility payment that keeps a family warm and in their home. I went to exchange a pair of sandals that I purchased at a different location that were the wrong…read moresize. The sandals were very obviously not worn, I had my original receipt, and I had the tag. The only issue was I had cut the tag off. They refused to make the exchange or do a return because the tag had been cut, even though I still had the tag. According to the Maurice's return policy on their website, I only need my receipt to do a return or exchange, not the tags. I wish I would have thought to look up the return policy when I was still there instead of leaving with the same pair of sandals that do not fit.
