I was able to make an appointment within a week and was looking forward to finishing off with a tonneau the 2019 Honda Ridgeline I had just purchased. The appointment for installation took twice as long as promised. The problem was not with the technicians, but that the tonneau did not fit properly where it would snap down. They tried everything to get it to fit, but to no avail. They showed me where you had to smack down the ends just to get it to close. They could have just thrown up their hands and sent me on my way, but Doug and his assistant didn't. Instead, they explained the issue to me and said they will take measurements and photos and get in touch with the manufacturer of the Truxedo cover. In the meantime, they left the one in place. It was only a week later that I received a call that a new tonneau had been received and ready to install. Fortunately, a slot was open that morning, and I brought my truck back. 45 minutes later, the new tonneau was in place and operating smoothly. Kastille was happy to show me how to operate it, as this was my first truck. I am totally impressed with the professionalism of Truck Outfitters in West Bend. Like a fine men's clothier, Doug was not satisfied until the fit on my truck was perfect and until I was satisfied. 5 STARS!

Continuosly kept bringing out womans hiking shoes size 11 till my daughters husband finally looked at her and sternly told her to put them back, that they wont fit her. The woman questioned why she would be looking at the mens shoes. Obviously she looks in the mens department because of her size. I worked at a shoe store. Had i ever spoke to a customer the way this woman did, i wouldve been fired. I tried the shoes on and they fit perfectly. I took them to the checkout and showed the clerk the ad on their website clearly sating that the shoes were on sale for $131.99. I was told " we don't honor that, you can only get the BOGO deal". I said... " but it's your price on your website". I didn't matter. I left the store without the shoes. I went to exchange a pair of sandals that I purchased at a different location that were the wrong…read moresize. The sandals were very obviously not worn, I had my original receipt, and I had the tag. The only issue was I had cut the tag off. They refused to make the exchange or do a return because the tag had been cut, even though I still had the tag. According to the Maurice's return policy on their website, I only need my receipt to do a return or exchange, not the tags. I wish I would have thought to look up the return policy when I was still there instead of leaving with the same pair of sandals that do not fit.
