In 2025, I went 2 days before Christmas to buy a pair of Twisted X boots which cost $230 online at Twisted X's website and at Boot Barn but they had them for only $199! Also got a free pair of Wrangler socks! They seem to always have my size in jeans and boots which is not typical in other stores. I love that they have a wide selection of boots. Always lots of boots, jeans, vest, hoodies, jackets, and button ups! It's not the biggest store, yet I have seen more variety here than at any other stores. Service is good as well, they always ask if I need anything at least once while I am there.

I was in there to return some merchandise, and she seemed very irritated by it and was very snippy and condescending when asking questions about other items right up to checking out. The last time my husband was in there, he didn't use a boot jack, and she snapped at him and continued to be rude him during the visit. Not sure if we will shop there anymore. A leather satchel with laptop pocket included. Not worn. They were clean and folded nicely. They tell you they only pay 25% of original price. After leaving the items at the store for 30 minutes(they weren't busy) to be priced they determined a laundry bag full of items was worth nothing! I certainly did not expect a lot but nothing? The things they had in the store was more worn than the things I had. Not sure how they actually price things or determine they are worth nothing but it's sad. The staff aren't friendly at all! Seem robotic. I would not recommend. You can get better things from Goodwill or other non- profits.
