It is conveniently located in the middle of town so you can run and grab a drink or shop a little bit while you're waiting. My only complaint was that there were quite a few machines waiting for repair. Hopefully that will be resolved quickly

It's a simple place but it's clean, there's plenty of parking, a couple chairs inside, and a soap vending machine in case you run out. Washers are a bargain at $1.75 a load. Dryers are less of a bargain at 25 cents per 6 minutes but it's still reasonable. It isn't open 24 hours but I believe they keep it open until about 9pm during the summer.

Well the results are in. I put my clothes through the dryers multiple times both on both the "hi" and "perm" settings and some things still came out damp, including light items such as T-shirts, sheets and undies, not just heavy items such as towels and jeans. I even separated them by weight and removed dry items so that remaining items might dry but there was only a marginal difference. I'm not sure if the lint filters needed changing (my clothing was covered) or the temps needed increasing. It's kind of a slick ripoff that the dryers would eat up change while not drying properly and unfair to paying customers especially considering the killing made on the washers.

She sits in her office or isn't inside at all. The place is always dirty when she's on duty. Because of this worker, I had to find a different laundromat to use because she pulled a chair out from under my elderly grandmother when she was trying to sit down and she's lucky that she didn't hurt her.

Okay, so this is a review of a Laundromat - not going to lie, but I never thought I'd ever review…read moresomething as lame as this, however, their service today prompted me to pull out the keyboard for this wonderful gem. I drive significantly further to get to this laundromat than any person ever should, however, as I said, their service is what got me. The building is clean, they have a TON of over-sized washers and plenty of regular double load machines as well. They are all new, stainless steel, front-load machines and all of the dryers work - unlike the 3 laundromat's closer to where I'm living for the summer. What prompted this review today was the kindness displayed by one of their employees. Not only was she doing a great job of sweeping the floor, helping no less than 4 older gentlemen figure out the washers (just in the time I was there doing a load) but she went above and beyond for a young mother. This lady was doing a fair amount of laundry and was holding her very young son in her arms as she attempted to load her laundry into three dryers. The attendant didn't skip a beat bustling over and immediately offered to help the woman by "giving her a few minutes of free babysitting." I was floored. I have never seen such kindness in a laundromat - i guess I just haven't been going to the right ones until now.
