I had issues with a crown for years and Dr Salayta said it needed to be redone. There was no saving it. We had 3 visits, he removed the old crown, prepared the root for the new one and talked me through the whole procedure, step by step. His staff was excellent and knew what he needed next in every procedure and we got the new tooth replacement in about a week. It fit perfect and feels better than the old one ever did!

When I call with a question, they ALWAYS ask to call me back and they NEVER do! If I do have a question, instead of an explanation, I am offered a one-time credit. This has happened to me several times, which leads me to believe they are overcharging me in the first place. I'm done. I will miss my dentist, but good riddance to that accounting office.
