The total cost was $80, including tax, because I chose to have them converted to the thumb drives. The cost is $8 per tape for DVD and $15 for thumb drive. This is less than I've paid before with other businesses. So, so so so worth it!

I went in yesterday (August 6, 2018) looking for shoe laces. I tore one in a pair of Chucks I have and I didn't want to replace them with boring white laces like it had. I actually went to 3 other stores before having the idea of stopping in Claire's. The store manager showed me the two options they had and I went with a sparkly multi-colored set. I'm really surprised they didn't have more, but I'm happy with what she showed me. Length was perfect once I got home and put them in the shoes. I also bought a small 6-color eyeshadow palette. I wasn't looking for one, but the glitter caught my eye and I've been wanting some glitter shadow. Getting it home it's more like glitter gel than powder, but I like how it looks. They asked if I wanted to round up my purchase for the Make a Wish Foundation. I said sure. Cool the company does that. No online comment/survey. I would have happily filled one out but it's all good. Did search shoe laces on the website and the store had 2/3 options the company carries. Still odd to me they don't sell more, but like I said I'm happy with my purchase.

We visited Ala Mode today because a good friend gifted me a purse that I wanted to exchange. The…read moreowner refused to let me exchange the purse even with a tag on it. She informed me they don't allow accessory exchanges. A friend had already warned our card group about their bad business policies after the owner refused to honor a $200 gift certificate her daughters gifted her for her bday. The owner told her she'd announced on Facebook that they would no longer allow previous certificates. But my friend doesn't subscribe to FB and knew nothing of it. (Going to also let my friend know who gifted me the purse as well as others who don't deserve this sort of nonsense.) Finally, don't be fooled by the earlier reviews. This is a new owner who's made these decisions to disregard my friend's and my requests. Save yourself the aggravation and shop at E & Co Boutique in the Marketplace on Hamilton, Rooted Boutique downtown or Chico's. We women deserve more respect re our hard-earned money while shopping in SC.

Rich was my piercer and we talked about my current piercings that I have and how they are uneven on my earlobes and we talked about my goals. Together, we came up with a plan and I let Rich have some creativity and I can't be more in love with how it turned out. Overall, the place was clean, they had incredible jewelry to choose from, everybody was nice, they took the time to explain and come up with the best plan.
