The costumer service was unbelievable! I gave the wrong address to deliver the flowers to. The driver drove all the way back with no hesitation. I felt so horrible in so many ways. Stay far away from here unless you want your flowers to be delivered extremely late, and look like they just stopped at the local grocery store instead of taking the time to make a proper arrangement. Its evident that there was no care placed into offering the best service possible from this business. I was supposed to receive these flowers on 2/13 the day BEFORE valentines day. I did not receive my order until 2/18. You would think that a delivery that late would come with the BEST ARRANGEMENT you could make in your shop and the biggest apology for the inconvenience but that was not the case. If you want a business that puts effort into your order THIS IS NOT THE ONE. Find somewhere else. You're better off picking up flowers are the grocery store because they may as well have. The flowers were wilted/dead or smashed and there was a giant hole in the arrangement. Pretty sure my 13 year old daughter could do a better job. read more

I ordered 2 arrangements from Teleflora and they selected this business to fill my order. Teleflora lets you know there may be substitutions but I was not aware that it was going to be a completely different arrangement. The first arrangement had minor substitutions but it looked like they were throw in the vase. I can fix that but for the price I paid I shouldn't have to. The second arrangement is why I'm in tears. I ordered a beautiful arrangement for my mother to take to her graveside. Now I have 10 different colored roses with messy foliage. Teleflora gave me 30% back on this arrangement. I will not be ordering through them or ever using this particular florist again. I wish someone would have called me or even through in another bouquet. No hydrangea how about another flower? Nope. Albertsons does a better job. I'm headed there now. 2 stars because the delivery driver seemed nice otherwise... read more

I ordered flowers the " superb succulent arrangement" and when they arrived there were no succulents in sight! Instead they decided to take some left over leaves and tape them together. What a disappointment since my party is succulent themed. When I reached out to voice my concern I was told they didn't have any succulents and instead used a replacement. which I was not satisfied since this arrangement is all in its name "SUPERB SUCCULENT" I then asked why they didn't contact me to let me know since they did have my contact information and they have no answer. Instead the best they could offer is 20% of my purchase total. I am highly disappointed and would not recommend this florist. I ordered flowers online for same day delivery. That was on a Monday. I found out 10 days later, by my Recipient, that my order was never delivered!!! I contacted the florist by phone and after a few minutes, she finally found my order and told me they don't deliver to that area!!! I was never notified of that problem!!!! They had no problem charging my credit card but could not notify me that my order couldn't be delivered!!! Very frustrating!! I will not be using this florist for any future orders since they are unreliable. read more

Alex, it great that you are getting back to me many months later but please save the excuses. You do use Yelp because you have responded to others. As far as your driver taking a picture when she left the flowers off is a big lie. We were outside unloading our bags when the driver pulled up, she took no pictures and she handed the flowers to my husband. Maybe she took pictures when she picked them up but not at my house. Using a third party to place the order is no excuse. I get flowers all the time from my husband from Sams Club and they last more than a week so your flowers should last longer than a couple days. This business doesn't even deserve one star. I placed an order last Friday for a birthday delivery to a family member's place of employment for the following Monday. When placing the order, I asked about getting the arrangement delivered prior to 2 to which I was told for an extra fee the arrangement could be delivered before 12, not a problem. Come Monday at 1, I hadn't heard anything from the recipient, called for status, "it's out for delivery and will be there before 5." That's not what I paid for, explain that the recipient will no longer be at work after 2, "it's out for delivery." 2 hours later, the arrangement still hasn't arrived, call back, "it's out for delivery." No one was able to tell me when it would be delivered, why it was late to begin with, or offer to correct the situation. Completely unsatisfied. read more

My mother received a beautiful arrangement, however, when it was delivered the delivery person waved to my mom, left it by the door and ran to her vehicle. My mom is 85 and walks with a walker. The delivery person saw that and could not wait a couple of minutes to get the arrangement inside? Very poor delivery service! read more
