Both of the ladies there were so kind and sweet and helpful and made us feel completely at home. After we had completed our order, we ended up just hanging out there in their comfortable place for another 30-45 min as we still had many things to discuss regarding funeral arrangements, etc. They told us to stay as long as we wanted to, offering us drinks and whatnot. Ordered flowers for my girlfriend July 23. Paid for them and the order was accepted. I received an email that the order couldn't be fulfilled. I missed the email because I get a million emails a day. A better solution would have been for you to send something then sort it out with me after the fact, send me a text, something. If you run out of a product, update your website to reflect that. Send different flowers of comparable value if you don't hear back from me. Instead you sent nothing. I was counting on those flowers. We broke up the next month after a four year relationship. I felt like I had a close family member helping me with my floral arrangements. Fefe is a different type of florist. Her heart is as great as her ability to make any vision come to life. The woman I spoke to when I ordered it was very helpful as I didn't know exactly what I wanted. It was delivered the next day and my friend called to tell me it was gorgeous! and came with a very cute Thomas Kinkade lighted house. They were absolutely thrilled with the arrangement and the delivery girl who helped set it inside. The arrangement lasted well past New Years! My friend called and spoke to the owner telling her just how much she appreciated the arrangement and the delivery person.
