I've had numerous facials at both of Shop Good's beautiful locations and they have all been wonderful. My most recent one at One Paseo with Lisa was simply outstanding. First of all, she is the sweetest person and we bonded immediately. She has decades of experience in the field and I trusted every word she said regarding her assessment of my skin and her thorough recommendations. Her neck and shoulder massage was heavenly and the facial, that was customized perfectly for me, was exactly what I needed. She ended it using an oxygen dome that I had never experienced before. First treated to some lovely skin care items here as a Mother's Day present from my own mother. I've savored both the Tata Harper and Osea creams I received over several months. I would say the service you receive really varies on how crowded it is and how busy they are with other guests. My mom and I wandered around a while the first time while they were lavishing others with attention, so I wasn't super impressed tbh. Since then I've gotten to come back for a facial, and oh my goodness. You walk in feeling like one person and leave feeling like you've been transported to another dimension. What a luxurious treat. They did recommend a multitude of Botnia products after and I'm a "yes person" so had a hard time saying no... but given the creams I already have from this shop was able to do it successfully. :) Looking forward to my next visit for a very special indulgence! read more

I had such a great experience at Shop Good! I had never gotten a facial before and sought out recommendations. My cousin highly recommended this place to me and I'm so thankful she did. They're so good that the appointments book up so fast. I put my name on the waitlist and was actually able to get in through a cancellation. Originally, I was going to see Devin since my cousin highly recommended her. However she was out sick and I got to work with Giselle instead! It was such a wonderful first experience. I chose the botnia facial. She explained the whole process in detail and consistently checked in on me. I love the gentle ingredients that are used. They also smell really good! She gave me a little shoulder and neck massage, which helped relieve my stress even more. The ambiance was perfect. Dim lights, soft natural sounds, beautiful aesthetics. Updating my review in case anyone read my previous review about the recycling program! The recycling program is worth next to nothing now so don't want to mislead anyone! Their recycling program is now you will need to recycle 100 beauty empties, across 10+ visits, to earn a whopping $2. Or, 500 beauty empties across 50+ visits (which would take SO long) to earn $10. And the girl said "our new program is SO amazing" lol which is kind of pitiful to me. Idk, the customer service here is always very odd in my opinion and misleading. For other reasons as well, I think you're much better off at a different beauty store. read more

I love every location of Shop/good! I hadn't been to this one since the move across the street a couple years ago but it's bigger and such a nice store! I was offered water with CBD while I waited and they're very prompt. Ashley gave me a Sun Repair facial and it was delightful. It was more focused on the back facial which was sooo nice and relaxing. Never had one before. Ashley is so calming and has a great touch. I felt comfortable right away with her and she used some amazing products on me. She took note of my favorites and wrote them on a note card with aftercare instructions and I look forward to return to purchase those when my current products are done and I'm ready for another facial. I've been shopping at the North Park location since it opened and it has been so great to see the business grow (new product additions) and now expand to One Paseo. And understandably because not only do they have great products, the service is always personable and full of positive vibes. I am constantly sending friends and family members wellness/self care gifts because they also are packaged in a super fun box. I finally got a chance to experience their facial service recently at the One Paseo location for my birthday and it surpassed my expectations. I've had facials over the years and this was by far the most relaxing experience full of aromatherapy and massage while your face is getting treated. I left feeling fully rejuvenated - without the rawness I would sometimes experience post facial in the past.
