Shop K Trend is a rainy day staple! There had been a handful of these pop up all around and I'm proud to say that Shop K Trend in La Mirada has been my favorite! I like that this location has a a wide variety of ramens to choose from as well as snacks and goodies. I ended up with the cheese ramen and a handful of trinkets. It was fairly easy to make my take there and if you needed a little help the staff is very find to walk you through anything you need. Shop K trend is on the smaller side so if there's a few people there enjoying their quick ramen I'm afraid to say that it would be full. Overall I'd recommend the cheesy ramen for a perfect cheesy savory ramen snack. read more

This is a cute little snack shack where you can get some great treats from chips to ramen. Worker was super friendly and gave me some great suggestions. Parking is available right out front. Seating is indoor outdoor (quick bite status). I tried the shrimp chips and they were great, not overwhelming like some others I've had. I also had the buldak spicy beef bone ramen and it was delightfully spicy. The ramen was only 3.50 so its nice to now I don't have to break the bank for a quick hot meal. Pro tip: Ramen toppings are available if you want to spruce things up. read more

Wow! What an experience! Felt like I was on the other side of the world!! The female cashier w dyed hair was super kind and more importantly helpful!! We asked for help and she led us through the process and it was super easy and really fun. The food and drinks were yummy especially with the add ons they offer. Shop K is cool. I stop by here once in awhile if I am coming from somewhere on the 5 freeway. I have never ever pumped fuel here, but I have used their convenience for a place to used the restroom, or purchase some snacks on my way home to and from work. I also like their coffee here too. Totally worth stopping by;; their grand opening is on Feb 1st! This is a great place for Korean snacks and what I love most is that you can make your own snacks! They have famous combinations displayed on TV; those that is viral right now in Korea. I'm totally in for the hype of mixing my own instant noodles and mixing my own drink. Female cashier hovered the moment my family walked in the store. Tried browsing for one minute while there are no other customers, and was asked a rude tone if we were buying noodles or drinks. We responded with we were just looking around and will be getting both. We were also told we had to make the noodles there. I get that this establishment is going for a certain type of back home aesthetic but laughing at your customers for not knowing certain items were not for sale is absolutely foul. With the way the world is why not be more welcoming and making customers feel at ease when visiting a new establishment? Im so disappointed. We wanted to support a small business but got treated poorly. Will not be returning to this place. read more
