I have a medication that I take for MS, and I had them transfer it over from the Kingsway store (where my service has ALWAYS been top notch, for over 10 years). First, they ordered the boxes with the wrong dosages, which left me short. So I had to have them add a note to my file. Then I continually had people calling me and asking to refill when it wasn't time, and they were confused about the note. This last time, I did the phone reorder, and once again, there was a cockup. Something about the system and the weather... I don't know. I told the pharmacist I'd be changing the prescription to the Callingwood store, which I discovered after my move is even closer. The manager even called me to apologize, and said "we do have your order," but it turns out that once again, they had the wrong dosage. The call was nice, but having an average correct order of 2 out of 4 times is completely unacceptable. I didn't need that much of a reason to switch, but this just gave me the impetus to do it. It cannot be this difficult to get a medication order and dosage correct.

They are so very, very helpful and are always willing to answer my dumb questions about this allergy medicine or that cough syrup. Also, there is no judging looks when you cash out with feminine products, various bags of chips and 8 different kinds of chocolate bars. :)

My mothers been having horrible experiences with worker named Connie working in cosmetics…read moredepartment. For some reason all their cosmetics employees are either immature or discriminating against a specific group of people just because they seem to have been given the authority to do so. Just a background on my mother which she shouldn't have to explain to some sales person however she still had to - she's been diagnosed with depression and asthma for many years now so at this store some of her actions included taking pictures of products(which literally everyone's does in some way but hers was acting out on her depression), spending extra time in the store to kill time (again, due to being depressed), pulling her mask down occasionally to catch her breath or to take a drink due to asthma & diabetes like the employees at the store don't pull their mask down to take a drink. The cosmetics person Connie yelled at her several times and FOLLOWED her throughout the ENTIRE store for the time she was there when she shouldn't even be leaving the boutique department and can easily ask other employees to keep an eye on my mom if she's that much of a threat to the store lol. She embarrassed my mom several times looking down on her and making it look like she was stealing or breaking huge rules around the store when no other employee thought otherwise. Anytime she'd catch my mom looking at a product for too long she'd come up to her and ask why and then one day came when my mom started explaining to her about her depression and she told my mom that's she's BANNED from the store not to mention anytime she'd say something to my mom, my mom would always listen to her. She's so confident in her decision in openly insulting and discriminating a disabled person from a minority group that she provided my mom with a card of the store saying to call and confirm with store manager. Good to know that the store manager encourages this behaviour from his employees. It has come to the point where I'd like the store to show us the video recordings of my mom doing anything wrong in the store if she's going to be banned from the store because I will not be staying silent regarding this. How the staff treats people in this store is incredibly disgusting. I had an issue with one of their cosmetics staff being rude for no reason not so long ago and now this. Looks like they can't seem to hire one sensible person in the cosmetics department

I'm only leaving a 4 star today because today they lost a star in my books. I fill a Boost prescription here, 5 cases a week. Every week I go in and pick my flavours off the shelf and bring them to the counter for them to process. This is if I don't call ahead and tell them the flavours I want. Well today everything was great up until I got home. When I got home I saw that every single box that I picked out and brought up had been replaced with other flavours. I didn't get a single box that I wanted. To make matters worse the lady who swapped them gave me almost all chocolate which I don't like that much. I called to ask what happened and was told that she was having trouble scanning the other flavours so she swapped them out for ones that would scan. I asked why she didn't let me know what was going on so I could be part of the solution i.e. picking the replacement flavours. She said she should have let me know, apologized, and will make sure it doesn't happen in the future. I'll change this to 5 stars if I don't have any issues in the next couple months here.

Regardless the staff were friendly and helpful, the store bright & clean, pretty much all you can ask for. It's a medium sized shoppers open until midnight daily. Post Office and Beauty Boutique services here. Shoppers has recently merged with PC Superstore points program = PC Optimum. What I like about this program is you can redeem your points at either chain and you can set up a family account to share points.

There are way too many staff milling around to help you, but they are all wonderful and helpful. In the main store, I wish there was more room for customers to queue in front of the pharmacy. I was having troubles picking out some make up and I grabbed an item, looked to see if I could open it to get a closer look at the colour and it was already opened so I opened it to look. Not even 2 seconds later, an associate came up to me and told me they didn't have testers and if I wanted to look at a colour then I can scan the bar code. (If I can't even see a colour properly in person while I'm holding the makeup, how am I supposed to see the colour on line through a bar code?). The lady had some attitude on her too. Felt like she was talking down at me. For someone to come to me as soon as I opened that make up, makes me think I was being watched all along. FYI, I was also walking around with a stroller. What kind of a person with a child nonetheless would even consider stealing? Get your staff some better training on how to deal with a customer. If I was being watched the whole time, why didn't she just come up to me and ask if I needed help? I immediately left without purchasing any of the items I had picked out. I would rather give Amy business to a place that treats me like a decent human being instead of making me feel like the way this shoppers did.

We have been here many times now and I am really liking this location. I like that it has the frozen food section and some fresh food. I would like to see it's fresh food section expand a bit. I have been to some others in Edmonton that have a bit more fresh food like vegetables and fruit. This is located in a strip mall so there is a lot of good shopping nearby and lots of parking too of course. The staff have always been very cheerful and helpful. This will be one of our usual stops on our shopping trips.
