Their pharmacy is 24 hours. This is probably the reason why I love this place - their hours. I will either come after my kids are in bed or before they get up so it works well for me. Their beauty section isn't too bad as well. I have been using a lot of Benefit products as of late so if I don't have time to go to Sephora, Shoppers is the next best thing. They also have a Canada Post, which is quite handy. I wouldn't recommend buying food here as the prices seem to be quite high, but the pharmacy and beauty area are reasonable. The store is ok but the pharmacy is swamped, understaffed and lined up every time I go. Last time I went I was told to come back in 30 minutes. When I returned 30 minutes later and got to the front of the line at pick up the woman there said my prescription (that I had just dropped off) was scheduled to be picked up on the 15th (3 days time). I said that was wrong and I had been waiting 30 minutes. I asked if my husband could come in an hour and pick it up. My husband ended up going about 3 hours later and nothing was ready. He ended up waiting another 40 minutes while they put it together. Updated: Staff got new shirts but most seem to be in extra small so they can't do the buttons up in the front and the sleeves look tight. read more

After a horrible experience at 5230 Dundas W st Etobicoke location I read the reviews on Shoppers Drug Mart and I realized that 99% are bad reviews. I experienced racist behavior in the store, gave up un purchassing the item (milk) when I notice the filth and old product on the verge of expiring date. The management of Shoppers seems not to bother about the customer reviews. Stay away from the store. It is the only way to show them that something is rotten in "Denmark ". read more

Horrible pharmacists. Rude, incompetent and never kind. Whoever worked pharmacy at Six Points on Wednesday at 10pm did not do her job. The pharmacist who worked the next morning at 6am was horrible as well. Don't shop here, no sense of customer service or empathy. We are sick, how about being nice? read more

Man I wish I had read my own review before coming here. Their pharmacy is atrocious. I called re a prescription and they said it would be ready in an hour. I showed up 2 hours later to pick up and they still haven't filled it. Then they were working on it. Told me to come back in 10 minutes but of course the line to see them was long and I stood in line for an extra 20 minutes. They still sell Chanel though but the pharmacy is a disaster. read more

I visited this location after midnight, not knowing the makeup/beauty section was closed. I've never stole a thing in my life and was stalked by security while browsing. I've never had this happen to me before - it's quite an ugly feeling. I can't believe I was profiled as a thief! The pharmacy at this location is incompetent to the point of being dangerous when it comes to prescription drugs. The pharmacy here is unresponsive and does not do what the say the will do when they say they will do it. Smallish shoppers. With a post office, which is handy when you need stamps! What I truly detest about this and almost every shoppers, is that they force you to walk through the "beauty boutique". being the only 24 hour SDM in my neighborhood and being so far away is tough, this store has been absolutely fantastic in every aspect, lots of parking, lots of stock on items, and super friendly staff, I've never came to this location empty handed, the only exceptions were when I was after something SDM just didn't carry on a whole. the consistency with the service is to be complimented, its not easy running a 24 hour store, but this one does it flawlessly. I wish I lived closer to it, but its worth the drive. read more

The worst. Waiting in line for pickup... staff huddled around their screens trying to explain away the complications of technology. Disorganized, unresponsive, distracted. Finally they started service, then staggered through discussions with colleagues, telephone calls, and bewilderment. Ugh... worst gets even worse. Truly offended by the disinterested service here! I had to ask for the debit machine to be wiped, then ask for a bag, then ask for a bag again and finally ask for my receipt. I enquired about a product and was sent a product representative. He didn't know what I was asking for and he did look it up. They didn't have it, and no he didn't know any alternative. It's 11 o'clock... do you know where your moisturizer is? No really... do you know where it is because I just ran out of mine! Off to Shoppers I go to get some Vichy Normaderm. Sadly they don't have any either. I scanned through the face creams looking for something comparable with no luck. I realized that I had been in the cosmetic section for over 20 minutes and hadn't seen any cosmeticians. I walked over to the counter to get some help and well... they were all busy. Three cashiers were standing around the makeup counter talking and one of them was crying. I am sure I sound like a total bitch when I say this but maybe crying while on the floor and distracting your fellow co-workers isn't the best thing to do. We've all had shitty days or bad news while at work, but if it were me I would have taken 5 minutes (or 30 minutes) to go off the floor, grab a coffee and vent to someone in PRIVATE! In any case it was awkward for me to walk over and say "Hey can you suck it up and help me find some skin cream?!" So instead I went back to the shelf, played eni meeni mini mo, grabbed my stuff and check out at the regular cash. (I am so passive aggressive it's not even funny) I still love this shoppers but I think they need to be knocked down a few pegs... they didn't have my product and the service was non-existant. read more

Wait and wait and wait... The customer service at the pharmacy desk is horrible. They can't get an order completely right, and don't seem to care. Part of it is staff cutbacks, poor scheduling, and having the wrong person In a job. But that's the management's fault. If you call in a prescription, or bring one with you, plan on killing at least half an hour, but the average must be 45 minutes. If you bring one in and wait, they give you a pager and then lie saying "20 minutes". Every time I'm in there, waiting, you can see frustrated customers upset over the time, many saying it's been well over an hour. Or they are out of one drug, so you have to come back. The rest is fine for buying the odd thing, but Walmart's less expensive. Just avoid using the pharmacy. I switched because of the 24 hrs, but sorry I did. read more

I just received my Covid shot here and want to compliment all the staff in the Pharmacy for being calm and professional in the face of a steady stream of slightly anxious people. The process was easy and I witnessed many instances of all sanitary protocols being followed - everything being disinfected and wiped down - including pens etc. between customers. Best Post Office ever! Rose & Alan are my primary contacts, friendly and helpful! I am always happy to deal with them or even just drop by, on my way to the pharmacy, and say hello! They are never upset, unhappy, annoyed with your request. On the contrary, they are the best example of excellent customer service, not just with me but with every single customer regardless of the request!! They offer options when you bring parcels to be mailed so you get the best price for the service, they let you know when stamps may be going up in price so you can buy the permanent packages prior to price hike. Sometimes I forget my post notice and they search my parcel by name/address without making a big deal about it (after showing them my ID, of course). Every single person in that post office is very nice. Mandy is the manager and she is very nice, too. This past Christmas, because of the strike, it was a trying season for them and yet, you would not have known if they were annoyed or tired of explaining the same thing to every single customer. They were friendly, VERY PATIENT and helpful to the best of their ability. Wow! I have worked in customer service but I am not sure I would have been so patient, smiley had I had worked during a postal stike. They are just happy to help you. What else can you ask for! Hope the Canada Post and Shopper's appreciate them and acknowledge the difference they make for the store and the post office. I have been at different post offices and there is nothing better than "mine": Shopper's Six Point Plaza! Highly recommended!!
