Not sure what their intentions were, but steam does not fix rips. We sent photos of more rips and was determined by the manufacturer as a defect. Now we are being told that the rips were caused by our dog. 1st off my dogs are perimeter guard dogs and never enter the house. Again, same rips as the original couch and now they want to blame on dogs!!! This company was recommended as a local business that stand behind their product which we found out first hand is NOT true. DO NOT BUY FROM MYERS GOODS HOME & DECOR. I gave them an opportunity to keep their name untarnished, but just dismissing clear manufacture defects and blaming animals is not ok. Do they want to blame my bearded dragon and turtles too?!?! Their reward program provides promotions throughout the year and for your birthday they give you a gift of 15% off your entire order.  Another aspect that I like about At Home is that the store is very clean and the workers are nice and welcoming. New Business Alert ******** Popshelf is located off of Hwy 74 in Monroe, NC. It is located in the…read moresame shopping center as Target, PetSmart, and Big lots. I was shopping earlier with my best friend at a different retail store and the cashier told us about this new place. This store is brand new there are "now hiring" signs hanging out side! When entering the store it is very neat and clean with a pleasant smell. I would best describe the store as an upscale Five and Below or an upscale Dollar General. The employees were nice and all smiles (under masks)! We browsed around the store and grabbed different items here and there. At checkout we met Sabrina, who is bubbly and as cute as a button. She explained the Popshelf membership rewards program and helped both of us to get signed up on our phones. We both received gift boxes for registering. For some reason our receipt did not print out and the store manager Amy had to come over to assist us. This was not an easy fix and definitely a new problem that the store was not aware of but, Amy did not share away from the challenge. Eventually she called upper management and had to go to the back to print off the receipt. While we waited the other employees came to check on us. I am especially impressed with the size and neatness of the store. The bathroom is clean its about 3 stalls. The hand soap in the bathroom is named good hands it is actually a product that is sold in the store and it smells really good. The home and garden section has all kind of goodies as well as beauty. I don't live in Monroe, however I will be back to shop here when I'm in the area. This was my first time adding a business to yeah I thought it would be hard but the process was very easy and I'm sure that other consumers would like to know what to expect when they go into a new shopping environment.
