The manager became involved and it was immediately clear where the poor attitude in this branch comes from. I would recommend that you avoid doing business with them, but with the way they treat customers I can't imagine this branch will be in business much longer.

Absolutely terrible experience…read more Called disconnected. Called back. Was put on hold ended up in call center queue. Finally told be there in 73 minutes. Mind you asked car info, model, told them battery dead. After133 minutes called and they didn't text any changes and was told 7:58 pm for service.....almost 8 hours later. AND they show up with no battery that would work. Sorry, batteries come in Middle week. 3 or 4 days. I was obviously po'd after waiting all day. What if i was on a long trip. Well, all of a sudden maybe I can check to see if my supervisor has one. Came, installed hopefully fixed. Thanks AAA for not having the resources to deal with your customer needs. Made a decision a few months ago to not do business with businesses that make it difficult for the customer. WE ARE PAYING YOUR SALARY AND YOUR PROFITS.
