I have been a patient of Dr. Sun for almost 20 years. He is knowledgeable, understanding and honest as are the rest of the staff.

So happy with this practice! From the office staff to the amazing doctors, my experience over all…read morewas amazing. The appointment scheduling was easy and convenient for me and reminders before each appointment were great. Every appointment I was greeted with a nice hello and the staff new my name. The wait time was unpredictable, but was never too crazy. The weigh ins were in a separate room as to ensure privacy. The ultrasound technician was phenomenal and kept reassuring us as she checked the baby. The phlebotomist was also pleasant and never had to stick me more than once. I enjoyed the different personalities of the doctors. When I had a lot of questions I would schedule an appointment with dr roman and when I wanted a quick appointment with just reassurance of my baby's health I would schedule it with dr tal. Dr tal delivered my baby and was very efficient and took control. I loved it. He told me exactly what to do and how to do it and my delivery was super quick and without sticking or tears. He also showed great skill when my baby had the cord around her neck 3 times. He delivered my beautiful daughter and made sure I was ok before leaving. Overall my experience was phenomenal and I would highly recommend this practice!

I'm shocked to see negative reviews as I've only ever had an easy and supportive time here!! Maybe…read morethe front desk has changed since these negative reviews because in my experience everyone has been above-and-beyond helpful. As for care quality, I could not recommend this place higher. I see NP Alexandra Marks and her care for her job shines through in every interaction. My insurance changed for a while and I had to go to a different practice but now that I'm back I'm incredibly relieved -- I know I can get proper treatment here!

I want to start off by saying that I was patient for regular GYN for a few years and Dr. Dimino was…read morealways professional and I would recommend him five stars but I wish he practiced with another office. He listens, he heard my concerns and was the first doctor in 15 years that prescribed me a medication that actually worked. The front desk was always rude but being under his care was worth it. My complaints started when I found out I was pregnant. Should be an exciting time in your life but this office made my first few weeks feel like hell. When I first met the midwife she came in the room and said "hello, congratulations so nice to see you again!" All cute sweet and chummy. I never met her, not once. Should've been a red flag right there. Dishonest. But I excused it as she has a ton of patients and she was trying to be nice. I had three appointments with them - all three occasions which they called me the morning of- less than an hour before my appointment - I was already in the car on my way - to cancel and change the time. Once? okay maybe understandable but all three times?! Simply unacceptable. They need to fix their scheduling system. I work full time, I arrange my work schedule to make these appointments. I was either excited and looking forward to the appointment or I had a medical concern. Appointment times should be honored and be kept. Unnecessary stress canceling the morning of! When I told the doctor that the front office kept canceling she said she's aware that many patients complain about that. Why is that acceptable? Once in the office I waited past the appointment time to be brought into the office. I'd call the office multiple times and sit through the unnecessarily long phone tree to wait on hold for no exaggeration 15 plus minutes to either get a voicemail & NEVER GET A RETURN CALL, or to either get "please hold" and then click- disconnected! The off chance they do call back if you miss it, they'll leave a vague "please call us back message" with no details of who even left the message - very well knowing they're not going to answer when I call back so goodluck with the game of phone tag! When I addressed my concern that I couldn't get in contact with the office they said they are aware and that they're eventually going to get a new phone system. They don't need a new phone system - they need to answer it when it's ringing. Sitting in the office wait room you can hear the phones ringing and ringing. They encourage patients to use the portal but the doctor took over 4 days to read and respond to it. They sent me for blood work and wanted me to go to two different labs - incompetent. No reason why the original script wasn't printed for the same lab, makes no sense to go to two different labs. Took multiple calls , disconnects and voicemails to request them to make the script for one lab. The front desk staff is clearly overwhelmed and unable to handle basic front desk duties. The icing on the cake was for my last appointment. They told me it would be an in-depth 45 minute appointment to go over everything as a first time mom to be and what to expect etc. They tried to cancel the appointment about half hour before the start time. I advocated for myself and kept my appointment time. The doctor was late - the appointment lasted less than 10 minutes. She came in, asked if I had any questions, answered my questions and went to walk out. No going over of anything, no what to expects , nothing. In and out. I questioned why they told me it would be 45 minutes she said IncAse I had more questions. I DONT KNOW WHAT TO ASK , ITS YOUR JOB TO TELL ME! I finally told the front desk that I'd be switching offices and expressed all my concerns and asked how to transfer my records. In that time my blood work results came back that I have anemia. The office called me to tell me and I naturally asked what should I do about it. The woman on the phone rudely said "ask your new doctor". I hadn't established care with a new office yet I was just looking to switch. Legally even if I had switched offices they would still be responsible under insurance law to see me and medically advise me for 30 days post transferring my records. It's been a few weeks and they still haven't sent all my records over yet. I had to redo a ton of tests because the new office never received the documents. Unprofessional Rude and a night mare for a first time pregnancy. I will end my review by saying if you're not feeling 100% taken care of - find a new office. Rachel the ultrasound tech is a sweetheart. She reassured me and made me feel calm the whole time. Annette was the only saving grace. For every issue I had once I requested to speak to Annette she fingered it all out. The office would fall apart without her. It shouldn't be a fight and a phone tag game and begging to speak to Annette to get the care I needed. Best of luck to their patients , I hope no one has the same experience as I did.
