When I moved back to New Jersey in 2022, I had to begin my search for a therapists, and it was terrible. Some wouldn't call back, one was unprofessional and would call at weird times, but Positive Reset was right on the ball. Signing up for it was all online which was a little strange because I'm so used to doing everything in person, but I gave it a shot and it was worth it. They do do in person sessions which I love, so you have the option of going in person or virtual, which is good. The quality of care is phenomenal. I haven't a therapist this good in a while. She is kind, compassionate, and very intuitive. She understands things in a way I never thought possible, and she uses techniques that I've never heard of before, and they work! She is highly qualified, and she cares about me and wants to help. And she always looks to learn more about therapy and what's best to help the patient. It makes me feel safe, and it makes me feel like I'm actually getting better instead of just staying stagnant like I've felt with different therapists.
