She mentioned there had been new staff who made there error, but she was mean spirited and handled the situation poorly, leaving me feeling uncomfortable and humiliated as I left. I understand human error, but that older receptionist with the bad leg really hurt my feelings for no reason and I hope she finds a profession more suited to her standards.

I've paid my co-pays but still this practice is demanding money that I don't owe and refuses to connect me with my psychiatrist while I am in the middle of tapering off my medication (this is a HUGE danger to my health and well-being). UPDATE: I had to go for a psych eval. at the ER a few weeks ago because I was having such horrible mental side effects after having to taper off my medicines WITH ZERO medical guidance. This practice has lied to me multiple times. They have told me my health insurance hasn't paid anything out (a lie, I have an explanation of benefits that proves my insurance paid what they were supposed to). Then I was lied to again and was told the PA-C I've been seeing has been out-of-network the whole time, even though I've been charged the in-network rate for months. I love the PA-C I've been seeing (Christina Tallone), but unfortunately cannot tolerate such a LYING, RUDE, and DISRESPECTFUL office staff, namely the office manager, who decided to suddenly tell me when I was on the phone with her, "We're not taking your insurance anymore," all because she was annoyed with me. They outright refused to send me a letter confirming this. The office manager also lied to me about HIPAA compliance; when I tried to get my partner on the phone to talk to the office manager because I was getting too upset to carry on with the conversation as she kept interrupting me, she claimed I was violating HIPAA even though I gave express verbal consent that my partner was allowed to talk about my situation on the phone with them. Under HIPAA, formal authorization is not needed to disclose patient payment information; verbal consent from the patient is enough. So really they violated HIPAA... UPDATE: In another attempt to extort money from me, the office staff purposefully and wrongfully billed my secondary insurance company (THE WRONG ONE) which I previously specified does not pay out for mental health. This practice should not even be in operation. I hope to see them shut down one day. No one should have to go through what I'm going through with them.

Within his primary practice he always taken exceptional care of myself and several friends. I will add 1 of which was on hard times and Dr. Chinnici was able to help her free of charge and without hesitation. He and his staff also contacted the pharmaceutical manufacturer to obtain free life saving medication to help. It's truly sad to read this post because I can say Dr. Chinnici has a long standing practice and he truly goes above and beyond. He has devoted his life to putting the needs of his patients 1st at all times. He's an incredible asset and we need more doctors like him!

When I moved back to New Jersey in 2022, I had to begin my search for a therapists, and it was terrible. Some wouldn't call back, one was unprofessional and would call at weird times, but Positive Reset was right on the ball. Signing up for it was all online which was a little strange because I'm so used to doing everything in person, but I gave it a shot and it was worth it. They do do in person sessions which I love, so you have the option of going in person or virtual, which is good. The quality of care is phenomenal. I haven't a therapist this good in a while. She is kind, compassionate, and very intuitive. She understands things in a way I never thought possible, and she uses techniques that I've never heard of before, and they work! She is highly qualified, and she cares about me and wants to help. And she always looks to learn more about therapy and what's best to help the patient. It makes me feel safe, and it makes me feel like I'm actually getting better instead of just staying stagnant like I've felt with different therapists. The office is clean, well lit, quick to reply when you contact them, just good all around. 10/10 do recommend.
