The only job of a bank is to hold my money until I'm ready to use it. There is no need for the 20 questions to verify my identity. The picture on my license looks like me. I have the debit card. No reason at all to ask my social security number, my date of birth my address the last deposit or withdrawal into the account or the balance. It would be funny if it wasn't so annoying when they ask my birthday and address which are both on the ID I just presented.

They are always pleasant. I opened my account at another branch but over the last year or so, because of work, have found myself nearer to this location most days.
