I immediately called NASA FCU and asked for the reasoning behind the decline (when they had already stated everything looked good), and their remarks were that the 3rd party vendor(s) that they utilize could not verify my identity. What a load of horse manure! They recommended that I stop by a branch knowing that I reside in California. Common sense is out the window with them! What a colossal waste of time, and an inquiry. Wells Fargo is not my personal banking center, however my bank had previously given me trouble and this Wells Fargo location is very close to my house. While the wait is very long for a Friday afternoon, the customer associate representative was able to help me fill out my documents and notarized it in a very promptly manner. I was pleasantly surprised that I didn't have to pay a fee to get my document notarized (especially since my bank charges for the service.) The staff were very professional and supportive and I was able to get what I needed done. I would come back in the future for the great customer service and wide range of services they provide.
