Understanding that sometimes our sessions will be super productive, through brainspotting and other methods to help with processing, and other times giving me a space to talk. It wasn't until my doula recommended that I see Leslie to work through my postpartum depression and anxiety that I truly found a therapist I connected with. She helped me adjust to motherhood, connect with my child and husband. Made me realize that I am a wonderful and worthy person. She goes above and beyond to connect with me between sessions to check in. Along with being there if I need an extra session or just a few minutes to help me process something. Even with the occasional technology issues, it is easy to schedule with and she is willing to schedule when it fits best within my schedule. In all honesty this review does not even touch the surface of how much of an impact she has made on my life. I am beyond grateful for having such a wonderful therapist in my life.

Yet nothing has been done so after reading some reviews and seeing similar ones related to Becky(the front desk worker) and her disrespectful attitude as well as not refilling due to not back after leaving a message for the most part at times that I've experienced as of recently and in the past. I even recently went two weeks without receiving my sleep medicine Dr Holloway was out sick and received two hours of sleep each night and after leaving multiple messages, I finally called at a time that she had answered the phone and was super rude to me as if my issues didn't matter and wasn't inconvenience to her when it was an inconvenience to my lifestyle while she states " hold on first of before speaking". I'm a grown adult adults and I'm not going to be talk to when you're only job is to specifically schedule appointments as well as the fax medication's over to the pharmacy if Dr Holloway for whatever reason hasn't/other doctors that worked there. We don't need any input or any disrespect from you whatsoever nor is that part of your job so here's my review that I'm going to write below. And it's a longer review after I post this one since I just wanted to write a long story short review first.

That was a nice bonus! However, it almost erred on the side of too casual. My aesthetician was wearing a sweatshirt of one of the skin care brands, and with it being a facial, I thought that was just OK, but I think if I was getting a more involved or advanced procedure done, I would find it offputting. When I arrived, they had a bunch of online "paperwork" that they wanted me to fill out, but said I did not have to fill out all of it. I honestly found it a little bit stressful that it wasn't sent in advance, and I worried that my service was cut short by the time I spent filling out the online form. It would have been very lovely to have been offered something to drink during this process. I also felt like my facial/peel was very short, and I did not notice much of a difference. Because it was a cold and snowy day, I would have loved if they would have been offered me a blanket right away when I laid down on the table for my service. She did give me one later in the service, when the moisturizing mask was doing its job. Overall, my complaints are pretty minimal - really more details that would have taken the experience to a higher level. If you'd like an unpretentious medi spa experience, this could be a great place for you! Everyone was very friendly and casual, as well as helpful. And the facility itself was very nice, clean, and professional.

Anytime I've needed a touch-up she has always responded to emails and willingly adjusts her schedule to get me in. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my face! The new clinic is beautiful, the location is right off the highway. Sometimes they are behind at the clinic and I have had to wait upwards of a half hour- but it hasn't been the norm. Perk-- They come to Kohler water spa in Kohler for injectables every 3 months- which is wonderful for when I don't want to drive to the Glendale location.

Instead, he felt an Erbium laser was the best option for me since I had more 'crepey' skin rather than excess. The treatment, care and results were all phenomenal. I finally can use foundation around my eyes without it sinking into the wrinkles and looking caked on - which is a plus as a younger female who likes to get creative with my make-up. I also received beautiful flowers the day after my procedure which was such a nice touch. I will definitely be going back to Dr. Campbell for any future cosmetic procedures!
