No one answers calls besides the front desk who just answers to tell people that this urgent care is closed. Their notations are next to nothing to nothing at all so good luck checking your my chart for info and the front desk is not allowed to see more than the surface, you have to call a nurse to be able to see a little more. So basically, in general, Trinity Health is going down hard. I suggest you find a stable provider with Spectrum or somewhere else more stable because God forbid you have an urgent issue and you're with Trinity. I've never felt this alone with my child's care.

Typical regurgitation taught in med school these days. There was no desire or discussion about risks, family history, genetics etc. The doctor told us they don't allow alternative schedules because we would "forget" about our child's vaccines. Eventually she even admitted they don't carry certain covid or flu vaccines because they cost too much. At any rate, we weren't considering those but it It's clear their focus is on making money, not patient care/alternatives.
