Only to get a call 25 minutes the day of my appointment as I'm arriving in Grand Haven from the owner stating that they don't do that test. He did apologize for the inconvenience, but 25 minutes before my appointment. Absolutely unacceptable. Gas is at a. all time high and you can't put a price on wasted time. He had the nerve to ask me was it for my job because they should be able to reimburse me. No it wasn't for my job but since your the owner and it was your employee that made the mistake you should be able to reimburse for my gas. He goes to state that the employee that scheduled the appointment has only been there for six months. Not my problem. Customer service at an all time low.

When I was leaving the place and she seen me but purposely ignored me, while telling the person behind me to have a nice day. I don't know if that is part of the job or if it's required to tell people to have a nice day as they're leaving, but she made it clear she wasn't going to say it to me. I thought it was discriminatory, unprofessional and disrespectful. This was somewhere around 3 p.m. - 4 p.m. today.
